For four years straight, Rotterdam’s nightowls found refuge in one of the city’s most characteristic nightclubs: Perron. The former post-office creates a dark and deep atmosphere with it’s black, concrete walls and crystal clear soundsystem.
Having booked the likes of Hudson Mohawke, Jeff Mills, 2ManyDjs and Kerri Chandler, the club sealed it’s legacy before closing down in 2015. With capacity for 800 visitors, Perron is the perfect spot for both big acts that want to play an intimate venue, as well as smaller more experimental performers.
Perron is once again part of of REC. Festival, hosting a two-night showcase of the best of leftfield dance-music today: Ostgut Ton Nacht on Friday and Hessle Audio on Saturday.
